Opis:
Paco i Régula su siromašan bračni par koji radi na farmi bogate markize i njene obitelji. Od njihovo četvero djece, jedna djevojčica je retardirana, a dvoje, umjesto da se školuju, također rade na farmi jer tako njihov zemljoposjednik zahtijeva. Nieves radi kao sobarica iako se nada da će otići u grad i školovati se, a i njezin brat Quirce planira napustiti farmu. Njihov brat Azarias pak vrijeme provodi brinući se o pticama.
