Dok zarađuje za život kao imitator žena Virginia Hamm, Arnold misli da je pronašao pravu ljubav u naručju nastavnika Eda (Brian Kerwin), ali jednoga dana zatekne Eda u naručju... Žene. Arnold izbjegava ljubav sve dok ne upozna Alana (Matthew Broderick) te njih dvoje zajedno izgrade život i usvoje dijete.
