Opis:

Marsel Marso glumi nemog lutkara i ekscentričnog pronalazača. Posle smrti pronalazača, lutkar preuzima njegove izume i otkriva da može da oživi mrtve i manipuliše njima kao marionetama.
Malkolm Šenks je tužni i usamljeni gluvonemi čovek, koji živi sa okrutnom sestrom i njenim mužem koji uživa da ga ponižava. Njegovo jedino zadovoljstvo je pravljenje i kontrolisanje lutaka. Zahvaljujući njegovom umeću, ponuđen mu je posao laboratorijskog pomoćnika dr Vokera, koji traži način da oživi leševe stavljajući elektrode na ključne nervne završetke i manipulišući telima kao da vise na koncima. Kad profesor iznenada umre jedne večeri, Šenks dobija ideju da primeni rezultate njihovih eksperimenata na ljudsko telo i započne osvetu.
