Opis:

Nakon okrutnog ubojstva još jedne atraktivne djevojke, svoje podstanarke, suludi doktor Karl Gunther (K. Kinski) dade oglas da ponovo iznajmljuje stan. Kao sin zloglasnog nacističkog zločinca koji je nad zatočenicima logora provodio bestijalne eksperimente, Karl se, nakon boravka u Argentini gdje je radio kao liječnik, naposljetku sredinom 1970-ih skrasio u Americi, gdje se ubrzo počeo baviti iznajmljivanjem ukusno uređenih stanova u zgradi blizu fakulteta. Fasciniran nacizmom i očevim zločinima u jednoj je prostoriji napravio laboratorij u kojem nastavlja njegove sadističke eksperimente…
