    Son Tae-lI je problematičan učenik Kang srednje škole. Iako ima visok IQ, čak 148,
    njega ne zanima ništa sem braka sa Ju lI-Mae. Zbog svojih fantazija, Son Tae polako zaostaje za svojim vršnjacima u pripremama za fakultet. Njegov profesor, Ju lI-Maein otac, daje Son Taeu uslov koji glasi: "Popni se na listu najboljih studenata u zemlji, sa svog trenutnog 300 000, na 3000 mesto i dozvoliću ti da se venčaš mojom ćerkom." 
    Son uspeva da ispuni profesorov uslov, 
    ali problem nastaje kad Ju lI objavi da će se udati za druog.
