'Non', ou A Vã Glória de Mandar (1990)

Cijelu vojnu povijest Portugala priča obrazovani portugalski vojnik koji se kreće sa četom u portugalskoj koloniji u Africi 1973. godine, tijekom portugalskoga kolonijalnog rata. Kroz razne flashbackove vojnik nas preko važnih povijesnih ličnosti vodi kroz začetke portugalske države pa sve do današnjice, njihove borbe i razloga zašto se sada bore na tom mjestu.
