Radnja se vrti oko Sebastijana koga njegova verenica ohrabruje da dovede svog oca imigranta, frizera, Salva (De Niro), na praznično druženje sa svojom superbogatom i izuzetno ekscentričnom porodicom (Kim Katral , Anders Holm, Bret Dijer, Dejvid Raše).
