Unutrašnja senka“ je triler o natprirodnom u kome je devetogodišnji Moris Dumont u stanju da stupa u vezu s mrtvima. Slomljena neizlečivim bolom zbog smrti Morisovog brata blizanca Žaka prilikom rođenja, njegova majka Mari pada pod okultni uticaj madam Armand, koja ubeđuje Mari da primora sina da služi kao posrednik između ovog i drugog sveta. Javljajući se preko Morisa, Žak shvata da obojica žele samo jedno: ljubav svojih roditelja, samo što Žak ne želi da se vrati među žive – on želi da mu se roditelji pridruže u zagrobnom životu.
