Znanstvenik i istraživač Maple White (Jack Langedijk) i njegov pomoćnik Azbek (Russell Yuen) u Mongoliji 1934. godine otkrivaju nepoznati svijet koji nastanjuju dinosauri. Dvojac slučajno pronalazi jedno jaje dinosaura u špilji što odluče proslaviti, no ubrzo Azbeka ubije Dimorphodons, a White preživi napad te biva teško ranjen...
