Opis:

Radnja filma se događa na teritoriju Wayominga 1982. godine. Zvjezdani trenuci, američkog zapada su na zalasku - saluni su sve prazniji, a kauboji se spominju tek u pričama. I najboljeg kauboja Monte Walsha (Tom Selleck), koji je žario i palio ovim prostorima, ne može zaobići ista sudbina. Ali uz stare prijatelje Chester "Chet" Rollinsa (Keith Carradine) i Franka "Shorty" Austina (George Eads), te djevojku iz saluna Martin, Monte ne zaboravlja prošla vremena. Ponuda u kojoj bi nastupao kao kauboj u putujećem cirkusu, bit će prekretnica u njegovom životu. Ništa lakše za Montea koji treba biti ono što jest i pokaže ono što jedino i najbolje zna,ali i da dokaže kako prave ljude vrijeme ne može pregaziti...
