La leggenda del santo bevitore (1988)

Italijansko-francuski igrani film snimljen 1988. godine u režiji Ermanna Olmija. Po žanru je drama, a predstavlja adaptaciju istoimene pripovjetke austrijskog pisca Josepha Rotha.

Pod pariškim mostovima živi polj. skitnica Andreas Kartak, koji je ubio supruga svoje ljubavnice Karoline. Kad mu nepoznati stariji gospodin da 200 franaka s molbom da ih odnese u jednu crkvu, Andreas potroši novac na hranu i piće. Sutradan zaradi 200 franaka te se uputi prema crkvi. Zakasnivši na misu, odlazi u obližnju kavanu i susreće Karolinu, s kojom potroši i tih 200 franaka. Pateći od grižnje savjesti, opet susreće starijega gospodina koji mu ponovno daje 200 franaka.
